1. Do not rotate the handle idly or counterclockwise, it is easy to damage the pottery grinding.
2. If the nut for adjusting the thickness is too tight (right screw), it will be difficult to grind, which is one of the reasons for the failure of the grinder.
3. The handle and blade are not resistant to corrosion. They can’t be washed with water, but can be cleaned with a brush. They should not be placed in humid and direct sunlight for a long time.

Please remove the nut, rocker handle and L-shaped holder in the center of the grinder in order.

◇Pick up the center screw with one hand, and gently rotate the gear-shaped nut piece in a clockwise direction with the other hand to a slightly tighter degree. Please be careful not to tighten it too much.
So as not to damage the internal structure of the machine.

◆Sleeve back the L-shaped retainer, and the long handle end of the retainer clamps the groove of any gear-shaped nut piece, and uses this as the zero mark of the grinding degree.

◇A groove of a gear-shaped nut piece is regarded as a grid.

◆Turn the gear-shaped nut pieces counterclockwise for 2 to 5 grids, and the grinding thickness is suitable for espresso machines and mocha coffee makers.
Rotate the gear-shaped nut piece in a counterclockwise direction for 6 to 8 grids. The grinding thickness is suitable for American coffee machines, hand punches and filter press coffee makers.
Rotate 9-11 grids of gear-shaped nut pieces counterclockwise. The grinding thickness is suitable for plug-style coffee pots (siphon pots).

◇The grinding thickness can be fine-tuned according to personal taste and brewing habits. The above description is for reference only.

◆After adjusting the degree of grinding, put the rocker handle and nut in order and tighten it to start grinding.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
